Our story

North Slope Catering

North Slope Catering is a family-owned and operated company. The strong core values we bring to our work are reflected in the way we treat our customers and our employees. North Slope staff act with pride, and it shows.

Founded in 2001, North Slope Catering cut its teeth feeding wildland firefighters in the untamed wilderness of Alaska. Since then, we have supported crews at wildfires, hurricanes, and major storm events across the United States—serving thousands of hot meals a day from fully self-contained mobile kitchens.

Field-proven operations

Every deployment is different, but the expectations are the same: get to site safely, set up quickly, and keep crews well fed no matter what the conditions look like outside the kitchen walls.

Our teams are experienced in working within unified command structures, coordinating with logistics, and adapting to changing incident needs—whether that means shifting meal times, adjusting head counts, or relocating camp as operations move.

Our mobile kitchens, dining tents, and sanitation equipment are designed specifically for remote deployments. They travel well, set up quickly, and create safe, reliable spaces for crews to eat and regroup.
